We’re R Place, your laid-back spot for seriously good coffee, fresh donuts and plenty of chilled vibes.
What started in 2017 as donuts at markets and festivals eventually found its forever home in North Shields in 2020 and we haven’t looked back since. These days we’re serving up strong coffee, handmade donuts and a welcoming space for our local community to hang out. We’re proudly woman-owned, fiercely independent and built on inclusivity. Everyone is welcome here.
We’re also big on local love. Our coffee is roasted by our pals at Tynemouth Coffee Company, and our donuts are handmade using the best local ingredients we can get our hands on.
